GHHI ModelGHHI works to create a holistic, single stream housing intervention model:
CollaborationLed by the Community Foundation for the Greater Capital Region with technical assistance from the national Green & Healthy Homes Initiative, the Capital Region is the first regional effort in the nation working collaboratively to tackle some of the most difficult rehabilitation projects.
The Affordable Housing Partnership's Kathleen Langton is serving as the region's Outcome Broker. Other key partners include Cornell Cooperative Extension Albany County, weatherization providers, municipal and nonprofit home repair providers. Access comprehensive partner lists below. |
