Income Guidelines

Many (but not all) down-payment assistance programs have eligibility limits on the applicant's maximum gross annual income. Unless otherwise noted, income limits are often based on HUD guidelines published each year and adjusted by household size. For programs on the down-payment assistance programs page that use the HUD 80% AMI limit, refer to the chart below:
