Home Energy Assessment Eligibility

All homeowners of 1-4 unit residential building located in New York State, regardless of income, qualify for a free energy evaluation by a participating NYSERDA contractor.  To be eligible for a comprehensive home energy assessment and incentive, total household income must be less than the limits indicated below determined by County and household size:
